Tragedy struck in a small community in Nigeria as a USA-based Nigerian man, full of dreams and excitement, reportedly died on his first night back in the country — just hours after arriving to finalize work on his newly completed house.

The deceased, identified by locals as Mr. Chinedu (surname withheld), had spent over 15 years living and working in the United States. According to sources close to the family, Mr. Chinedu had been building his dream mansion in Nigeria bit by bit, sending money regularly to ensure the project stayed on track.


He had reportedly returned to Nigeria just a day before the incident, with plans to supervise the finishing touches on the house and host a grand housewarming ceremony later in the month.
