 A heartbreaking incident has been reported in Imo State, Nigeria, where a woman allegedly beat a 6-year-old girl and broke her hand after she accidentally spilled food meant for the woman’s 5-month-old baby.




According to reports, the young girl, believed to have been abducted and kept by the woman, was trying to assist in feeding the baby when the unfortunate accident occurred. Instead of correcting her gently, the woman descended on the child with shocking brutality.


Photos shared online show the little girl’s swollen and broken hand, with clear signs of abuse on other parts of her body. Witnesses say the woman used a stick to beat the girl while shouting at her for wasting the baby’s night food.




The incident has sparked outrage on social media, with many calling for the woman’s immediate arrest and proper medical care for the injured child. Several concerned neighbors also confirmed that the girl had been living with the woman under suspicious circumstances, raising concerns that she may have been abducted.


Authorities in Imo State have reportedly been alerted, and an investigation is ongoing to uncover the full details of the situation.
